Senior Men’s Pre-Season training will commence on Tuesday the 17th of August 2021 at Warnbro Recreation Centre from 5.00pm. Training will continue from 5.00pm each Tuesday and Thursday at the Rec Centre. Senior Men’s coach Jani Metsola has put together a program to help you out in your preparation for the 2021/2022 Season. Get down and put the effort in so we can fully prepare for the exiting season ahead.
